what characteristics do i need for next year i hope you think it's the right

Organised: Why organised from my point of veiw a good leaders first thing is organisation. When he or she comes to school or college with nothing to work on or write with, they should go and find a pen or book by the time they get to class. they might get into trouble or beacause they have wasted their learning time.

Independent: Inde pendent is my second option beacause if your a follower you cant think for your self and cant work by your self, thats why being independent is a key thing for college and school.
